Siz bu değişikliklerden haberdar olmak amacıyla periyodik olarak sözleşmeyi gözden geçirmeyi kabul etmektesiniz ve siteye devam eden erişiminiz veya devam eden siteyi kullanımınız değiştirilmiş sözleşmeyi kesin olarak kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelecektir
TARAFLAR
1- Ücretsiz ürünün yayınlanacağı platform (Bundan böyle sözleşmede kısaca “BeatPazari.com” olarak anılacaktır)
1.1- Ürünü üreten kişi (Bundan böyle sözleşmede kısaca “SANATÇI” olarak anılacaktır.
1.2- Ürünü üreten kişi adına yayımlama hakkı bulunan gerçek veya tüzel kişi; (Bundan böyle sözleşmede kısaca “MENAJER” olarak anılacaktır)
SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU
2- İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, SANATÇI’nın hazırlayıp dinletiye sunacağı veya SANATÇI yerine yayımlama hakkı var olan MENAJER’in ürün veya ürünler yayımlanması ücretsiz veya tanıtım amacıyla ile ilgili faaliyetlerin tarafların bu konudaki hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
SANATÇI VE MENAJER’İN HAK VE YÜKÜMLÜLÜKLERİ
3- MENAJER, SANATÇI’nın, hazırladığı ürün veya ürünleri (beat, albüm, EP., single vb. ) BeatPazari.com üzerinden SANATÇI’nın hesabını kullanma izninin olduğu netleştirilerek faaliyetler gerçekleştirilir. Ücretsiz olarak yayınlanacak olan ürün BeatPazari.com üzerinden fiyat etiketi olarak sıfır (0) belirtilecektir.
3.1- Yayımlanacak olan ürünlerin telif hakları ile ilgili tüm bağdaştırıcı konular SANATÇI veya MENAJER’i ilgilendirir. Telif hakkı ile ilgili izinsiz kullanılan tüm materyallerden BeatPazari.com sorumlu tutulamaz.
3.2- SANATÇI, BeatPazari.com tarafından yayınlanacak olan tüm mali ve manevi hakları SANATÇI’ya ait olmakla birlikte, yayınlanması talep edilen ürünün gönderimi gerçekleştiği andan itibaren sözleşme kabul edilmiş sayılır. MENAJER tarafından SANATÇI’nın bilgisi dâhilinde olmadan doldurulan formlar (yüklemeler) MENAJER’in sorumluluğunda olup BeatPazari.com yayım faaliyetlerinden dolayı kaynaklanan zararı telafi etmekle yükümlü değildir.
3.3- Yapılacak olan tüm yayımlama faaliyetleri ve tüm tanıtım ve reklam faaliyetlerinde SANATÇI ve MENAJER’in ileteceği formlar ve yüklemeler ile tamamen SANAÇI ve/veya MENAJER’e aittir. SANATÇI tarafından onaylanmayan hiçbir ürün yayımlanmayacağını BeatPazari.com kabul ve taahhüt eder.
BEATPAZARI.COM’UN HAKLARI VE YÜKÜMLÜLÜKLERİ
4- BeatPazari.com tüm yayımlama faaliyet haklarını SANATÇI veya MENAJER’den alır. İzinsiz yayımlanma iş bu sözleşmede belirtilen 3.1 maddede SANATÇI’nın haberi dışında MENAJER’in form ve yüklemeleri tamamen MENAJER’in sorumluluğundadır. BeatPazari.com yayım faaliyetlerinden dolayı kaynaklanan zararı telafi etmekle yükümlü değildir.
ÜCRET KONUSU
5- İşbu sözleşmede belirtildiği üzere yayımlanan ürün tamamen ücretsizdir. Belirtilen ürün hakkında SANATÇI, MENAJER ve BeatPazari.com hiçbir kullanıcıdan ödeme talep etmeyeceğini kabul ve taahhüt eder.
UYUŞMAZLIKLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ
6- Taraflar işbu sözleşmenin uygulanmasından doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkları öncelikle dostane ilişkiler çerçevesinde yürütecekleri sulh görüşmeleri yoluyla gidermeye azami gayret göstereceklerdir. Anılan görüşmeler sonunda mutabakata varılamaması halinde ulusal ve uluslararası kanunlar geçerli olacaktır.

SIDES

1.2- Natural or legal person who has the right to publish on behalf of the person who produced the product; (hereinafter referred to as "MANAGER" in the contract)
THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2- The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the activities related to the publication of the product or products of the MANAGER, who has the right to publish instead of the ARTIST, for free or for promotional purposes.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ARTIST AND MANAGER
3- Activities are carried out by clarifying that the MANAGER, ARTIST has permission to use the ARTIST's account on BeatPazari.com for the product or products (beat, album, EP., single, etc.) he has prepared. The product, which will be published free of charge, will be indicated as a price tag of zero (0) on BeatPazari.com.
3.1- All adapter issues related to the copyrights of the products to be published are of interest to the ARTIST or MANAGER. BeatPazari.com cannot be held responsible for all copyright-related materials used without permission.
3.2- ARTIST, all financial and moral rights to be published by BeatPazari.com belong to the ARTIST, and the contract is deemed to have been accepted from the moment the product requested to be published is sent. The forms (uploads) filled by the MANAGER without the ARTIST's knowledge are under the MANAGER's responsibility and BeatPazari.com is not liable to compensate for the damage caused by its publishing activities.
3.3- The forms and uploads to be sent by the ARTIST and MANAGER in all publishing activities and all promotional and advertising activities belong entirely to the SANAÇI and/or MANAGER. BeatPazari.com accepts and undertakes that no product will be published that is not approved by the ARTIST.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF BEATPAZARI.COM
4- BeatPazari.com receives all publishing activity rights from the ARTIST or MANAGER. The MANAGER's forms and uploads are entirely under the responsibility of the MANAGER, with the exception of the ARTIST's notice in article 3.1 of this contract for unauthorized publication. BeatPazari.com is not obliged to compensate for the damage caused by its publishing activities.
PRICING ISSUE
5- The product published as stated in this contract is completely free of charge. ARTIST, MANAGER and BeatPazari.com agree and undertake that they will not demand payment from any user about the specified product.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
6- The parties will make maximum efforts to resolve all kinds of disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract, primarily through the peace talks they will conduct within the framework of friendly relations. If an agreement cannot be reached at the end of the aforementioned negotiations, national and international laws will apply.

Kostenlose Produktvereinbarungen
1- Plattform wo der freie Produkt veröffentlich wird (Von nun an wird es auf der vertrag “BeatPazari.com” heißen)
1.1 Hersteller der Produkt (Von nun an wird es auf der vertrag “Künstler” heißen)
1.2 Natürliche oder Juristische Person die das recht hat das zu Veröffentlichen in name der Producer (Von nun an wird es auf der vertrag “Manager” heißen)
Gegenstand des Vertrages
2- Das gegenstand des Vertrages ist, das Produkt die der Hersteller oder Manager der die Rechte dazu hat und somit werbung macht oder es veröffentlichen wird muss die Rechte und die Verbindlichkeiten dazu erkennen.
Rechte und Pflichten des Künstler und Manager
3- Der Manager die das Produkt oder Produkten hochladen wird (Beat, Album, EP., Single usw.) muß den Konto der Hersteller benutzen. Produkte die kostenlos veröffentlich werden sollte muß der Preis als null (0) gegeben werden.
3.1- Themen über Urheberrechte des Produkten ist der Manager und der Hersteller verantwortlich. Über ohne erlaubnis verwendete produkte ist BeatPazari.com nicht verantwortlich.
3.2- Alle rechte der Produkten gehören den Hersteller und von dem moment an das er das verkauft hat ist er in einverständnis das er die Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptiert hat. Hochgeladene Dateien von der Manager ohne dabei der Künstler das zu wissen und somit verursachte schaden ist der Manager verantwortlich und nicht BeatPazari.com
3.3- Alle Aktivitäten bei der Hochladen, Werbung, Veröffentlichen gehört den Manager und/oder Künstler. BeatPazari.com akzeptiert und verplichtet das von der Hersteller nicht genehmigte Produkte werden nicht veröffentlicht und hochgeladen.
BeatPazari.com’s Rechte und Pflichten
4- BeatPazari.com nehmt die Rechte von Hochladen der Produkte von der Manager oder Hersteller. Ohne erlaubnis der Künstler hochgeladene Materiellen ist in der Verantwortlichkeit der Manager (Artikel 3.2). BeatPazari.com ist nicht Verantwortlich bei der schadensersatz für Ihre Aktivitäten.
Über den Preis
5- Wie es auch in der Titel heißt kann der Künstler oder Manager kein preis erhalten bei der Kostenlose Produkte. Der Künstler, Manager und BeatPazari.com ist in Einverständnis damit.
Lösung von Problemen
6- Bei der Probleme müssen die seiten als allererstes Freundschaftlich reden und das klären. Wenn das keine lösung zeigt werden die nationale und internationale Gesetze gilten.
