Kullanıcı iş bu gizlilik sözleşmesinin bu sözleşmeler ile bir bütün olduğunu kabul ve beyan eder.
TANIMLAR
Materyal: BeatPazarı.com üzerinde yayınlanan veya erişimi mümkün olan her türlü beat, sample, drum/kit, scratch, albüm, single albüm, resim, müzik vb. imgeleri;
Kullanıcı(lar): BeatPazarı.com’a erişen kullanım koşullarını okuyup kabul ederek kayıt olan gerçek ve tüzel kişileri;
Üretici(ler): BeatPazarı.com’a tarafından belirlenen yöntemlerle kayıt olan BeatPazarı.com sunulan Hizmetler’den, Kullanım Koşulları ve Gizlilik Sözleşmesi’nde belirtilen koşullar dâhilinde yararlanan kişileri (Kullanıcılık, satıcı ve satın alacak kullanıcıları da kapsar);
Kullanıcı Bilgileri: Kullanıcı’nin BeatPazarı.com Hizmetleri’ne erişimini sağlayan kullanıcı adı, parola ve/veya şifre v.b. gibi yalnızca kullanıcı tarafından bilinen bilgileri;
Güvenli Elektronik Ticaret Sistemi (Paypal): Tüm kullanıcıların ticari işlemleri için kullanılan elektronik ticareti ödeme seçeneği –şu anda- PayPal ile sağlanmaktadır. BeatPazarı.com tarafından sağlanan hizmeti; (Bu hizmet BeatPazarı.com’un taraflar arasındaki alım satım ve devir ilişkisine taraf olduğu şeklinde yorumlanamaz.)
Güvenli Hesap: Güvenli Elektronik Ticaret Sistemi’nde taraflarca gerçekleştirilen ödemelerin tutulduğu havuz hesabını ifade etmektedir.
"Özel Lisans Metaryeller"; kullanıcılar kapsamında üreticilerin ürettikleri tüm materyaller, işbu Sözleşme’nin onay tarihinden önce ya da sonra formlar kullanılarak yapılan dosyaları kapsar.
Bu bilgilerin kullanılması, kullandırılması, paylaşılması, ifşa edilmesi veya herhangi bir şekilde amacı dışında kullanılması sözleşmenin ihlalini oluşturur.
Aşağıdaki bilgiler gizli bilgi kapsamında değerlendirilmez:
(I) Bilgileri alan tarafça işbu sözleşmenin ihlali söz konusu olmadan kamuya mal olan ya da olmuş (anonim) ezgiler,
(II) Satın alan tarafın ifşa eden taraftan alınmadan önce, hukuka uygun olarak kullanımında ya da dosyalarında ya da bilgisayarlarında veya diğer kayıt ortamlarında kaydedilmek suretiyle elinde bulunduğunu veya kendisi tarafından bilindiğini ve daha önce bilgileri alan tarafça bir gizlilik yükümlülüğü altında alınmamış olduğunu ispat ettiği bilgiler
(III) Satın almada gerçekleşen lisans koşulları ile satın alan tarafça ya da onun namına herhangi bir zamanda, ifşa eden tarafça ifşa edilen bilgilerden bağımsız olarak geliştirilmiş olduğunu gösterdiği ezgiler,
MATERYALLERİN KORUNMASIN
Özel lisans materyallerin teati ve ifşası karşılığında, taraflardan her biri diğer tarafın materyaller ile ilgili olarak şunları taahhüt eder:
(I) Materyaller gizli tutmak ve sadece amacına uygun olarak kullanıp başka herhangi bir amaçla kullanmamak;
(II) Materyallerin hiç bir bölümünü kopyalamamak ya da çoğaltmamak, yaymamak, ifşa etmemek, kullandırmamak;
(III) Materyalleri, lisans koşulları ile birlikte satın alan kullanıcı dışında bu bilgileri bilmesi gereken, herhangi bir şahsa kısmen veya tamamen ifşa etmemek, gizlilik taahhüdü altında çalışmaları için gerekli bildirimleri yapmak,
(IV) Materyalleri ve fikri mülkiyet niteliği taşıyan dosyaları gibi özenle korumak.
(V) Bilgileri alan tarafın, bu sözleşmeyi ihlal ederek materyallerin kullanmasından, ifşa etmesinden veya sözleşmeyi herhangi bir şekilde ihlal etmesinden dolayı, ortaya çıkan her türlü masraf, gider ve zararı karşılamak.
SÖZLEŞME DEĞİŞİKLİKLERİ
BeatPazari.com, işbu sözleşmeyi tek taraflı olarak uygun göreceği bir zamanda sitede ilan ederek değiştirebilir. İşbu sözleşmenin değişen hükümleri, ilan edildikleri tarihte geçerlilik kazanacak, geri kalan hükümler aynen yürürlükte kalarak hüküm ve sonuçlarını doğurmaya devam edecektir.
BEATPAZARI.COM KAYITLARININ GEÇERLİLİĞİ
Kullanıcı, işbu sözleşmeden doğabilecek ihtilaflarda BeatPazari.com’un kendi veritabanında, sunucularında tuttuğu elektronik ve sistem kayıtlarının ve bilgisayar kayıtlarının muteber bağlayıcı, kesin ve münhasır delil teşkil niteliğinde olduğunu kabul, beyan ve taahhüt eder.
BİLDİRİM
Kullanıcılar kayıt olurken bildirdikleri e-posta vasıtasıyla veya sitede yer alan genel bilgilendirme aracılığıyla iletişim kurulacaktır. E-posta ile yapılan iletişim yazılı iletişimin yerini tutar. E-posta adresini güncel tutmak ve siteyi bilgilendirmeler için düzenli kontrol etmek kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
UYGULANACAK HUKUKİ YETKİ
İşbu sözleşmenin uygulanmasında, yorumlanmasında ve işbu sözleşme dâhilinde doğan hukuki ilişkilerin ve sözleşmeden doğan veya doğabilecek her türlü ihtilafın hallinde ulusal ve uluslararası kanunlar geçerli olacaktır.
YÜRÜRLÜLÜK
İşbu sözleşme ve sözleşmeyle atıfta bulunulan ve sözleşmenin ayrılmaz bir parçası olan belgelerden ve eklerden (Hepsi birlikte “sözleşme”) kullanıcının elektronik olarak onay vermesi ile bu tarihte karşılıklı olarak kabul edilerek yürürlüğe girmiştir.

DEFINITIONS
Material: All kinds of beat, sample, drum/kit, scratch, album, single album, picture, music etc. published or accessible on BeatPazarı.com. images;
User(s): Natural and legal persons who access BeatPazarı.com, read and accept the terms of use and register;
Manufacturer(s): Persons who register with BeatPazarı.com by the methods determined by BeatPazarı.com and benefit from the Services offered under the conditions specified in the Terms of Use and Confidentiality Agreement (Usage also includes sellers and users to purchase);
User Information: User name, password and/or password, etc., that enables the User to access BeatPazarı.com Services. information known only to the user, such as;

The following information is not considered confidential information:
(I) Publicly available or performed (anonymous) tunes without breach of this agreement by the party receiving the information,

DO NOT PROTECT MATERIALS
In exchange for the exchange and disclosure of specific license materials, each party undertakes with respect to the other party's materials:
(I) keep the Materials confidential and use it only for its intended purpose and not for any other purpose;
(II) Not to copy or reproduce, disseminate, disclose or make use of any part of the Materials;
(III) Not to disclose this information partially or completely to any person other than the user who purchased the materials together with the license terms, to make the necessary notifications for their work under a commitment of confidentiality,
(IV) To protect materials and files with intellectual property nature with care.
(V) Reimbursement for any costs, expenses or damages incurred by the receiving party from using, disclosing or otherwise breaching the material in violation of this agreement.
CONTRACT CHANGES
BeatPazari.com may change this contract unilaterally at a time it deems appropriate, by posting it on the site. The amended provisions of this contract will become valid on the date of their announcement, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect and continue to have their provisions and consequences.
VALIDITY OF BEATPAZARI.COM RECORDS
The user accepts, declares and undertakes that the electronic and system records and computer records kept by BeatPazari.com in its own database, servers, in disputes that may arise from this contract, constitute valid, binding, conclusive and exclusive evidence.
NOTIFICATION

Benutzer; Reale und juristische Personen die auf BeatPazari.com registriert sind und die Nutzungsbedingungen gelesen haben.
Hersteller; Benutzer die durch methoden die angebietet wurden registriert sind und die Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzbestimmungen akzeptiert haben. (Auch die Verkäufer und Käufer)
Benutzerinformation; Dinge wie Benutzer-Name, Passwort die das zugriff auf BeatPazari.com erschaffen und nur von der benutzer bekant ist
Sicheres E-Commerce System (PayPal); Derzeit ist die zahlung option für alle benutzer PayPal, bereitgestellte service von BeatPazari.com (Dieser service kann nicht interpretiert werden das BeatPazari.com eine Partei von Kauf und Verkauf ist.)
Sicheres Konto; Sicheres E-Commerce System pool konto wo sich die zahlungen befinden.
“Privat Lizenz Materiellen”; Dateien die von Hersteller produziert sind und dabei die formen genutzt haben.
Diese informationen als Weitergabe, Offenlegung benutzten bedeutet Vertragsbruch der Benutzer.
Die folgenden Informationen sind nicht als vertrauliche Informationen:
(I) Die Partei die, die Informationen erhalten und ohne vertragsbruchen öffentlich für die gesellschaft sind.
(II) Informationen die das Käufer in übereinstimmung mit dem Gesetz nur als Rekorden für Computer oder andere Geräte hat und somit kein geheimnis ist.
(III) Während der kauf geschehen und vor der offen gelegten Informationen dargestellte bewegungen.
Den Schutz der Materiellen
Privat Materialien hin und her und der Veröffentlichung im Austausch für die Lizenz, ist jede Partei der anderen Partei in Bezug auf die Materialien, und verpflichtet auf folgendes
(I) Materiellen als geheimnis bewahren und es außer seiner zwecke nutzen.
(II) Die Materielle nicht kopieren, verbreiten, ein teil davon kopieren und es zu offen legen.
(III) Den Person die das Materiel außer seinem besitzer nutzen wird mindestens warnen das er das komplett oder ein teil davon nicht offen legen soll.
(IV) Die Materielle sorgfältig schützen als wären sie wichtige dateien.
(V) Der Benutzer die das Materiel veröffentlicht hat und somit schaden erstellen hat ist in einverständnis das er alle strafen bezahlen muss.
Nutzungsbedingungen Änderungen
BeatPazari.com kann jeder zeit die Nutzungsbedingungen ändern und somit gültigen die neu änderungen. Alle andere artikeln gültigen sonst immer noch.
Gültigkeit der BeatPazari.com Registrierung
Der Benutzer ist in einverständnis wenn ein konflikt findet wegen der vertrag das alle informationen die sich auf BeatPazari.com Databases finden endgültig und exklusive informatione sind.
Benachrichtigung
Wahrend der regiestrierung gegebene e-mail adresse ist womit sie benachrichtigung werden oder die benachrichtigung tabs die auf der seite befinden. Es ist empfohlen diese informationen up to date zu halten. Das ist in ihrer verantwortung.
Angewendet werden sollte Rechte
Nationale und internationale Gesetze gilten bei problemen oder bei der Urheberrechtsverletzung.
Gültigkeit
Der Vertrag ist im gültigkeit seitdem der Benutzer die Nutzungsbedingungen gelesen hat und es akzeptiert hat. Es ist gültig seitdem datum der Benutzer registriert ist.
